Pressure offers a range of opportunities for employment. We provide regular staff training, above award wages and a range of opportunities for travel, development and fun.

  • Be comfortable working with students across a broad range of ages and abilities.

  • Have an understanding of safe dance, tumbling and cheerleading practices and be up to date with current research regarding safe stretching. 

  • Be genuinely interested in our students as people.

  • Be willing to learn to consistently improve as a coach.
